The Origin Story
The story of SPUD Works Firearms starts with my passion for firearms and drive to be my own boss. After serving 7 years in the United States Marine Corps I headed back to college with the idea of being a mechanical engineer, but what I wanted was to do something to do with guns. Having developed a love for firearms before and during military service, I went to school with SDI and gained a Degree in Firearms Technology, I now have opened my own company offering gunsmithing services and education to fellow firearms enthusiasts. Like the Marine Corps core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment I strive to provide quality service and precision firearms that you can trust,

SPUD Works is a Type 07 FFL and Class 2 SOT, with those we can build and customize to your hearts content, so whether it’s a custom build AR or AK, routine maintenance, pre or post hunting season cleaning, or specialized service, we approach every task with the same dedication and attention to detail.
